CATJEE reserves the right to deny admission to any student without giving reasons.
All the rights are reserved with CATJEE regarding change of course structure, number of tests, teacher, venue of classes, class timings and bifurcation of batches on the basis of numbers of students/merit/school.
Students and parents will be solely responsible for the absenteeism from the classes.
Parents can enquire about the performance of their wards at any time during the course. CATJEE doesn’t take any responsibility of informing them.
After the student has been registered and he/she has paid the fee, no part thereof is refundable. No visitor shall be permitted to meet the student and the student will not be allowed to leave the campus during the class hours.
The student must bring the duly completed Identity Card to the institute daily, otherwise he/she will not be allowed to enter the premises of the institute.
CATJEE is fully empowered to publish the details and photograph of the student.
In case of any indiscipline, misconduct or misbehavior on the part of the student, CATJEE has the right to expel him/her. In such cases, no part of the fee will be refunded.
All the rules and regulations shall be binding on all, including the students and their guardians as will be amended by the institute from time to time.
All disputes are subject of Varanasi Jurisdiction only.
Fee will not be accepted in cash
