Fee Payments

Fee for any course can be paid in any of the following modes:

  1. Fee can be paid either in cash or through Debit card or Credit card or UPI at CATJEE reception desk. We discourage payment through account payee cheque. However, payment through account payee cheque is accepted when other means of payment fail.
  2. Fee can be paid through online money transfer method (NEFT/RTGS) in ICICI Bank account of CATJEE. An image of the fee submission slip generated online in this process is to be immediately posted through WhatsApp on the mobile number 7307016602 along with Student’s Name, Roll No., Class & Batch. In such cases fee receipt will be provided only upon submission of the image of the mentioned slip.
  3. Fee can be paid in monthly installments, in auto-debit mode (through ECS Channel) from bank account of student/parent/ guardian. In this mode of payment maximum 5 installments are allowed provided the date of last installment does not exceed 11 October. It is to be noted that the monthly ECS debit date is fixed to be 11th day of each month.
  4. If a parent choose to pay the fee in installments but without auto-debit mode then the entire fee can be paid in at most 3 equal monthly installments directly at CATJEE reception desk.

NOTE:

  1. Only ONE Scholarship / fee waiver with the highest rebate amount is applicable.
  2. Any scholarship / fee waiver is valid only for ONE year.
  3. If entire fee is paid in a single installment or in 2 installments within a gap of 15 days then students get an additional fee waiver of 5% on the “NET PAYABLE CATJEE FEE”.

Terms & Conditions

  1. A student is allowed to appear in General Admission Test only once.
  2. The institute reserves the right to change the date and time of General Admission Test with a prior notice.
  3. If a candidate is eligible for more than one category of fee rebate then only one category is applicable in which the candidate gets the highest fee rebate.
  4. Candidates given free-ship have to deposit Rs 10,000.00 as caution money. This caution money is refunded in the month of July and August provided the candidate satisfies atleast one of the following two conditions :
    1. (i) The candidate secures an aggregate of at-least 90% marks in his/her Annual/Year- End/Board Exam.
    2. (ii) The candidate secures an average attendance percentage of 85% across the session.
  5. The scholarship in CATJEE fee awarded at the time of admission is valid only for one year.
  6. If the marks secured by a candidate in CATJEE admission test is suspicious then the institute reserves the right to re-conduct another test/interview for that particular candidate & re-decide the scholarship amount. In such a situation the re- declared scholarship amount may increase or decrease from the scholarship amount declared previously.
  7. In case of disqualification in entrance test the candidate is not allowed to take admission.

Special Rebate for students enrolled in Central Hindu School (Boys & Girls), Varanasi or in any JNV (Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya)

If a student studying in CHS (Boys’ & Girls’), Varanasi, or in any JNV applies for admission in class 9th or 10th, in CATJEE then he/she is entitled to special rebate of 30% on the First year's CATJEE fee just by scoring 30 marks in GAT. The student can claim this special fee rebate only upon production of his/her fee receipt of CHS/JNV of the current session. However, if such a student is eligible for more than 30% rebate due to any other scholarship clause then this special rebate will automatically stand null and void.
